Hi Natalie,

I have paid this by online banking, but I'd also like to add a few comments ....

1. I phoned your company on a Sunday, and got a human being on the other end of the line - unheard of!

2. The very pleasant lady I talked to told me clearly and simply what was going to happen - I would receive a call in late morning Monday from a technician,  a half hour before he would arrive.

3. This is EXACTLY what happened - and a very pleasant and competent gentleman solved our problem very quickly. Again, a most unusual occurence!

In short, we were delighted with your service - we hope we don't have another episode like this, but if we do, we have your contact details are under a fridge magnet......
