I would like to express our thanks to your technician that came out to clear our drain today. Last night I was very upset to find our sewage overflowing, we booked in with another company for an emergency call out and they never showed up! Late in the evening my husband found your website and sent a request. We woke up to an email asking if your team could help. Communication was prompt and thorough and all timing was kept. The young man that came out to clear the drain, was efficient, friendly and polite. He quickly cleared the drain and explained our problem and how to eliminate future occurrences. At every step he advised me of the costs (which was much cheaper than the other company we had tried to book with). I was really impressed, and relieved.
